Wine List

The wine program at ARIA is overseen by Head Sommelier Matthew Dunne. Matt has created a list that specialises in hard to find producers & selections from almost every major wine producing region in the world. With over 700 selections to choose from, the list offers a great selection and breadth not often seen in Australia.

In addition to showcasing great Australian wines, ARIA offers the connoisseur a great selection of wine from Burgundy, Rhone, Champagne and Bordeaux; plus wines from Germany, Spain and Austria.

Sommeliers and staff receive an extensive and ongoing wine education & are able to guide patrons through the vast twenty-five page list. The wine program offers a great selection of wine by the glass that changes frequently to accommodate the ever changing menu.

The wine list at ARIA has won many awards including most recently the 2007 Australian Gourmet Traveller Wine List of the Year Award, plus the 2003 Tucker Seabrook Wine List of the Year. In 2004 the list was given the highest score in the 11 year history of the Tucker Seabrook Wine List Awards with a score of 97/100.
