
We have two dining options for you to consider:
LUNCH
Monday to Thursday a 3 course lunch menu with a selection of 5 choices for each course is available in the kitchen table. This 3 course menu is $95 per person including coffee and petit fours. Choose your favourite wines from our extensive, award winning wine list to accompany your lunch or have our sommelier assist you with your selection. All beverages are charged on consumption. ARIA’s 3 course lunch kitchen table experience is designed for 6 people with 8 guests being the maximum capacity. We are able to also offer our seasonal tasting menu during this time. Please read below for the tasting menu prices.
DINNER
For the ultimate in dining experiences have chef, Matt Moran and sommelier, Matt Dunne create an eight course seasonal menu with matching wines. Guests arrive at ARIA and are welcomed at the bar with champagne and canapés. They are greeted by their dedicated wait staff and the chef who explains the evening’s events. The menu specially devised daily, consists of eight tasting courses featuring some of renowned chef Matt Moran’s signature dishes and matching wines, drawn from ARIA’s award winning wine list.
This Kitchen Table dining experience costs $300.00 per person including an eight course tasting menu with matching wines or a premium wine menu at $425.00 per person. Bookings are available for groups of four to eight people. Please be aware a $300 room hire fee applies for bookings of 4 guests should they select the regular wine menu. Bookings are available for lunch Monday to Friday and for dinner Monday to Sunday. We are unable to offer the 3 course lunch menu for dinner.
