Credit card authorisation form

Payment for events and dining experiences can be prearranged by completing our credit card authorisation form.

We provide the option of you selecting a maximum amount that can be charged to the credit card, or alternatively you may choose to leave the amount open.

In an effort to protect the security of your credit card, we require a photocopy of both sides of your credit card and your driver’s licence or signed identification when returning your request form.
