Cake order requests

Celebrating a special occasion at ARIA? Why not have our pastry chef prepare a cake for the occasion.

ARIA's pastry chefs can prepare the cake to be served as dessert or can be provided with coffee as petit fours. We do require 48 hours notice for the following cakes as well as credit card details to confirm your order. We are able to personalise the cake with your choice of greeting.

Cake menu

• Opera cake (layers of almond sponge with chocolate ganache and coffee butter cream)
• Dark chocolate cake with caramelised hazelnuts
• Pistachio and white chocolate cake
• Sponge cake with strawberries and vanilla cream
• White chocolate, coconut and pineapple cake

Cakes can be served as:

A dessert course @ $24.00 per person (Please note: a minimum spend on cakes of $90 applies)
Cake served as petit fours @ $90.00 (small portions only served with coffee after dessert)

Please note that both the Opera cake and Dark chocolate cake are suitable to be cut as petit fours
