The award winning Moran family farm is perched atop of the Great Dividing Range located in the Central Tablelands (renowned as one of Australia’s best lamb- growing areas). They focus on producing premium quality lamb using sustainable and environmentally conscious methods. Their lambs are specifically bred for their eating qualities. They are second cross (their mothers are a cross between Merino and Border Leicester and they are sired by Dorset Horn Rams). The lambs are bred specifically to have a high meat ratio by being fed a mixture of native grasses and pasture and, if necessary, at times this may be supplemented by grain and silage grown on the farm itself.

The Moran family are now making their restaurant quality, free range lamb available to those living within the greater Sydney basin and the Southern areas of the Central Coast to purchase for their home. The lamb is individually vacuumed sealed for optimum freshness and delivered chilled to your door.
