Our group menus are created by chef Matt Moran and Aria head chef Jason Staudt to show sincerity of delivery and artistry of flavours with dishes featuring a strong accent on fresh seasonal produce. They are specifically composed for tables of ten to sixteen guests, with the time taken to accentuate the delicate touches of each ingredient to deliver an unforgettable shared dining experience.
